WOW! Nice work. These guitar icons have the finest details Ive seen on any others. If I may be so bold, I have a couple of requests...
Im a hard-core Gretsch and Vox guy. I love the newer series Vox icons you did and would love to see you do an AC30 or even some vintage head and cabs with the trolleys, similar to the amps used by the Beatles.
As for the Gretsches, If you would consider doing some guitar icons, that would be a great line to show your talent, as Gretsches have always been known for their distinct look.
My personal favorites are the Duo-Jets and Silver Sparkle Jets. Years ago I had a fairly good collection of 50s and 60s Jets but when I was forced to sell them, I had nowhere to turn. Since Fender took over Gretsches production, players can now get a new Gretsch that plays and sounds like the real thing. Sure, they arent the exact same as a 58, but if youre a Gretsch player, you get seriously excited holding a new model. These new models have enabled me to play Gretsches again and Id LOVE to see some really slick black Duo-Jet icons (both single and double cut-away - double is my model of choice), same for Silver Sparkle and the holy grail - the White Penguin. You can go on and on listing their models, all bearing elaborate and distinctive designs.
Hmm... long rant. Sorry. If I was making any money right now, Id gladly pay for such icons. Seeing as food and electricity are the key goals for me right now, it would be fantastic if you would consider some of these great guitars.
sry but my english isn'T so good so am i right that you want me to do some Gretsches with a VOX AC30-amp? okay.... i'll make them, but only if they aren't for commercial use
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
